Eligibility and agreement

By using Doll Owners Community, you agree to these terms and published policies. You must be at least 18, be a legal adult where you live and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, account security and activity through your account.

User content and licence

You retain rights in content you create. By submitting it, you grant Doll Owners Community a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, moderate, translate and display it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote and improve the service. You confirm that you have all required rights, permissions and adult consent for every person depicted.

Adult-content limits

Permitted adult-doll discussion remains subject to the Adult Content Policy. Content involving real minors, sexualised minors, age ambiguity or minor-appearing dolls is prohibited even where a user claims a fictional or lawful context.

Marketplace and merchants

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Doll Owners Community is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, repairer, shipper, escrow agent or payment provider. Users must independently verify adulthood, identity, ownership, product condition, hygiene, legality, taxes, customs, payment and delivery. Directory or verification signals do not guarantee quality, safety or performance.

Moderation and termination

We may investigate reports, limit visibility, close threads, edit where policy permits, remove material, preserve evidence, suspend accounts or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. We do not promise to monitor every contribution.
