We may process account and profile details, adult-status confirmation, posts, replies, uploaded media, merchant submissions, marketplace messages, reports, evidence files, support requests, login and security records, device and browser data, IP-derived security information, language choices and cookie preferences. Do not post order numbers, home addresses, identity documents, private contact details or image metadata unless a protected administrator form specifically requires evidence.

Purposes and legal bases

Information is used to provide accounts and community features, remember language and age-gate choices, secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate adult content, respond to requests, maintain records and meet legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent.

Service providers, transfers and retention

Hosting, email, security, translation, backup and other service providers may process limited information under appropriate terms. Cross-border transfers require an applicable legal mechanism. Information is retained only as long as needed for the service, security, disputes, moderation and legal duties. Public posts can remain visible until removed under policy; restricted evidence should be kept for the minimum necessary period.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, opt out where applicable, and complain to a regulator. We may verify identity and retain information where a legal exception applies.

Security and adults-only service

We use access controls, validation, rate limits and restricted evidence storage, but no online service is risk-free. Doll Owners Community is not intended for minors and does not knowingly permit accounts from people below 18 or below the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
