Seller disclosures

State whether the item is a complete doll, torso, head, body, accessory or wanted request. Disclose manufacturer and model where known, material, approximate age, storage method, cleaning status, stains, tears, tackiness, odours, repairs, loose joints, skeleton or electrical faults, missing parts, included items and whether current photos show the exact item. Do not list minor-appearing products.

Buyer checks

Verify the seller’s control of the item with a current dated photo, review full condition images privately, compare the description with known specifications and confirm packaging, weight, collection, shipping, customs and disposal constraints. Never send identity documents or intimate personal information to an unverified counterparty.

Payment and delivery

Use a lawful payment method with appropriate records and protections. Be cautious of urgency, gift cards, cryptocurrency-only demands, overpayment schemes, unexpected intermediaries and requests to move communication immediately. For collection, use a safe lawful arrangement and avoid exposing a home address before necessary.

Hygiene and law

A description of cleaning is not a health guarantee. Buyers must make their own hygiene decision and follow material-compatible cleaning guidance. Sellers and buyers are responsible for age restrictions, prohibited-product rules, import/export, customs, taxes, transport and waste requirements.
